Account deletion

You can delete your app account yourself, in the app, at any time.

In the app

Open the Profile tab, tap "Delete account", and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, and phone number
• Your sign-in identity
• Your unlocked practices
• Your entire practice history

Nothing about your account is retained after deletion. Checklist ticks and preferences stored only on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.

By email

If you cannot use the app, write to namaste@karunyafoundation.org from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.
